1. Payment:
a. A 50% deposit is required at booking time.
b. The other 50% is due thirty days prior to the date of arrival.
c. If booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required upon booking.
d. A credit card authorization is required as a security deposit for any damages that might be caused to the property or its contents.
e. If second payment is declined due to any reason and its not satisfied by the customer within 7 days of notification the booking will be cancelled and monies received will not be returned.

2. Cancellation:
a. Written cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival will be credited 90% of monies received towards a rescheduled stay at same property.
b. Written cancellations within 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will be credited 75% of monies received towards a rescheduled stay at same property.
c. Written cancellations within 15 days of arrival will be credited 50% of monies received towards a rescheduled stay at same property.
d. Credits will not apply for “No-shows”.
e. Credit applied to future stays are subject to availability of the same property and the current Terms & Conditions at the moment.

3. VILLASINDR.COM, its owners, agents and employees give notice that they act only as agents for the owners, contractors, and suppliers providing means of transport, accommodations, and/or all other related travel services, and assume no responsibility whatsoever caused for problems arising in transportation or accommodation arrangements beyond its control or ownership, nor of any loss, injury or damage to person or property howsoever caused, in connection with any service resulting directly from: acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays, expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeur, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, and discrepancies or changes in transport or accommodation services over which it has no control.

4. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information provided on VILLASINDR.COM but the web site (owners, company, and writers) does not assume, and hereby disclaims, any liability for any loss or damage caused by errors, omissions, misleading information or the use of or reliability of information presented on this web site, even if such errors were made unintentionally or as a result of negligence or any other cause.
